This flexibility lets you easily adjust the type and quantity of mixing rotors, making it suitable for a wide range of resin compounding needs. That's why the HTM Tandem Compounding Twin Screw Extruder is an upgraded version of the HTM Twin Screw Continuous Kneading Extruder, offering significantly improved low-temperature extrusion capabilities!

Sheet and Film Extruders

CTE's Sheet Extrusion Line by Steel Belt System is a unique product name within the category of sheet and film extruders.

CTE's sheet and film extruders are particularly well-suited for the production of high-gloss, thin, and transparent PP sheets. This product is specialized for PP sheet production, catering to niche market demands.

Surface Finish:

CTE Extruder: Achieves a high-gloss and smooth surface using rolls and mirror belts.

General Extruder: Utilizes regular steel belts, resulting in a different surface finish.

Thin Sheet:

CTE Extruder: Can produce mirror-finish sheets as thin as 0.1mm using rubber-coated rolls and flexible pressing.

General Extruder: May face challenges in achieving a mirror finish for thin sheets.

Sheet Thickness Adjustment:

CTE Extruder: Requires no roll gap adjustments and can adjust sheet thickness by controlling winding speed.

General Extruder: Sheet thickness adjustment necessitates roll gap adjustments.

Startup Time:

CTE Extruder: Offers shorter startup times, enabling production to begin in approximately 10-15 minutes. 

General Extruder: May experience longer startup times due to roll gap and surface adjustments.

PP Sheet Transparency: 

CTE Extruder: Improves the transparency of PP sheets using mirror rolls and belts. 

General Extruder: Special mechanisms may be required to enhance transparency.

High-Rigidity Transparent PP Sheets: 

CTE Extruder: Transparent PP sheets remain soft after cooling and can be reheated for increased rigidity. 

General Extruder: Reheating high-rigidity transparent PP sheets can be challenging.

Press Time Adjustment:

CTE Extruder: Allows adjustment of press time to match plastic materials using press-down roll movement. 

General Extruder: Press time adjustment may be limited.

Maintenance:

CTE Extruder: Requires fewer personnel and less time for belt replacement, making maintenance easy.

General Extruder: May involve more labor-intensive maintenance.
