The accessories of the carburizing furnace need to be tempered at a high temperature before use, the temperature should be controlled above 950 ° C,
the temperature should be kept for 1-2 hours, and the furnace should be cooled, mainly to eliminate the internal stress in the casting process.
2. The bottom plate of box furnace, trolley resistance furnace, and heat-resistant steel furnace plate should be tempered at a high temperature before use.
During the use of the furnace plate, ensure that the workpieces are placed evenly, and the work cannot be piled up in a certain local position,
which will cause uneven heat dissipation of the furnace plate during the heating process, which will easily cause the deformation of the furnace plate and If there are special process requirements,

3. Spreader, material basket
When using the spreader and material basket, the material should be ZG40Cr25Ni20 material. This grade has good creep performance during the quenching process,
and will not cause serious deformation and cracking of the spreader and material basket. Before use, a high temperature Tempering, the temperature is controlled above 950 degrees,
the heat preservation is 1-2 hours, and the furnace is cooled, mainly to eliminate the internal stress in the casting process and increase the service life of the product.
When the various types of baskets produced by Qingdao Hexin Machinery Co., Ltd. are in use, the workpieces should be placed evenly,
and the weight should not exceed the larger carrying capacity of the basket. After 90 days, the carburizing furnace tank was lifted out to clean the oxide scale in the furnace tank.
4. For the above heat-resistant steel casting products, if local cracks are found during use, ZG40Cr25Ni20 electrode can be used for welding. (Cast baskets , heat resistant cast baskets)
